While I was here in Hawaii shooting for surfline.com I met up with my brother and his wife to do a portrait session. They got married this summer on the West side of Oahu and wanted to get after wedding photos in there outfits and I of course couldn't pass up an opportunity to shoot this handsome couple. Since I shot their engagement I knew this was going to be fun. We went to Haliewa and shot some fashion in the rain.

Last Sunday I met with Jenny and Glenn at UCI to shoot their engagement photos. If you would have told me that it was a wedding venue I would have totally believed you. The location is awesome! When you group that with an amazing couple, my job becomes too easy. Here are a few samples...

McCall and Boomer are getting married next year and we have the honor of shooting their wedding. Boomer is an Australian native so our shoot was kinda like the movie with Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman minus the old cloths but filled with tons of love and cuddling. I haven't seen the movie but figure it's filled with love and cuddles.

Our last wedding of the year and we went out with a bang! Kevin and Alison got married in historic San Juan Capistrano. The whole day was a ton of fun as we knew some of the bridal party. Alison just rolled with the punches as one of her bridesmaid's dress flew out the window while driving to get ready. If that wasn't bad enough an 18 wheeler ran it over and destroyed it. The police did a traffic break and she got the dress back but ended up going to David's Bridal for a last minute purchase. She got a new dress and nobody suspected. This goes to show that weddings are very unpredictable that's why we love shooting them so much.
